Quitting smoking cold turkey. The D-Day - You will stop smoking and will succeed

At last, the big day came. You woke up in the morning and you have just started to live your life without tobacco. You know you don't need it to do your regular tasks. You are not afraid because you don't need to have a smoking cylinder in your hands. You will feel the icth but you are strong enough to support it. Its like having a cold. It's a bit annoying but nothing you cannot stand for. You know that in a few days it will disappear for ever and that every day will be better that the former. During the first day you will be fighting against your habits but the good news are that they are relatively easy to break.

During the most part of the day the tobacco will be your main though but don't worry, this is completely normal. Every ex-smoker has lived this. The right frame of mind is to think continuously in tobacco but turning this thinking into “I'm now a non-smoker”, “I'm happy to leave this weed”. In a few days the tobacco will be released to a secondary level in your mind. You are now in the right way. Your are convinced about that is that you don't need to smoke.

You managed to stop smoking but you may have still one fear in your mind: will I miss the cigarettes and smoking?
